Travel preparations

We will schedule all your medical appointments to the designated or requested medical clinics and centers. We'll coordinate all travel arrangements. We'll help arrange flights, and even make recommendations on what seat should have based on his or her medical condition. We'll arrange rooms at the hospital, and also help arrange for any necessary hotel rooms. Once patient arrive, they won't have to worry about trying to find a cab or shuttle.

Visa processing 

Non-EU citizens must apply for a visa and this process can be cumbersome. We help to facilitate this procedure and provide you the required documents. You will usually receive an invitation from the clinic, required for the visa application process.

Medical documents

We work with you to gather your medical history and diagnosis and treatments recommendations from your current physician (if applicable), and radiology imaging, CT scan, MRI scan, ECGs, etc. We are also happy to provide translation services. Only medical data provided by you is forwarded to the hospitals based on which you will receive a customized medical quote for your treatment from the hospital.
