COMPLIMENTARY DINNER AND MEET&GREET VOUCHER CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. The terms and conditions set out below apply to all participants submitting entries for the “Complimentary Dinner and Meet & Greet Voucher Campaign” conducted by DoctorBnB.

1. No purchase or payment is required in order to participate in this Campaign.
2. This Campaign is open to all participants above 18 years of age.
3. By participating, you allow and give consent to DoctorBnB to contact you via an email or phone call or direct mailer from the personal details that you have provided.
4. DoctorBnB reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
5. DoctorBnB accepts no responsibility for entries lost, not received or delayed for whatsoever reason. No further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
6. By submitting the Campaign entry online, the eligible participant is deemed to have agreed to:

a. Participate in the Online Campaign.
b. Be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein, including the decisions of this Campaign.

1. DoctorBnB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, DoctorBnB’s cancellation, termination or suspension of this Campaign shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against DoctorBnB for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by the eligible participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
2. DoctorBnB reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative voucher/gift of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the Campaign without notice. No correspondence will be entertained.
3. DoctorBnB reserves the right to change the voucher to alternative gift of similar value without notice if circumstances beyond its control require it to do so.
4. All vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other products.
5. Campaign mechanism:
   1. Complete his/her personal details (name, valid mobile number, valid email and age group) and submit the entry online.
   2. Participants who completed the above process will receive a “Complimentary Dinner and Meet & Greet Voucher sponsored by DoctorBnB.
   3. A confirmation number will be sent to participants via email from DoctorBnB within 24 hours.
   4. Multiple entries are not allowed. Each participant is allowed to submit only ONE entry during the entire Campaign period.
   5. Vouchers will have a validity of 6 months from the date of issuance by DoctorBnB
   6. If a customer uses the voucher partially, then the balance amount will be forfeited. The customer cannot claim cash or any other product in lieu of the balance amount.

The Voucher can be used only in conjunction with one of our services such as: medical check-up and hospitalization and cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.
